For accounting firm owners

Find advisory work in your client conversations.

Add a call, transcript or engagement letter. Grow uses AI to prepare a client brief, highlight needs and suggest follow-up questions—with links to the original words. Your firm checks the agreed services and decides what to offer.

How Grow works

From client context to a useful follow-up.

01

Add a call or engagement document.

Upload audio or video, paste a transcript, or add a readable engagement letter. Use the fictional sample to explore without uploading anything.

02

Review needs and agreed scope.

Check suggested opportunities, concerns and commitments against their source. Confirm the client and the services your firm already provides.

03

Prepare the next conversation.

Use a client brief, clarification questions and editable follow-up drafts. Your team decides what to offer and what to send.

New prospects and existing clients

Keep the client context with your team.

A client mentions a cash worry, asks for extra help, or raises the same concern again. Grow brings calls, documents, service coverage and firm notes into a client workspace, so the next conversation starts with that context.

Before a client review.

Open a preparation brief with current scope, findings, questions and source links. Review needs, concerns and commitments across the client’s history.

Before quoting extra work.

Review the engagement letter and confirmed service coverage. Check whether the need is already covered before proposing another service.

When a colleague takes over.

Keep shared calls, documents and notes with the client. Colleagues can prepare without depending on one partner’s memory.

Suggestions you can check

Read the quote before you act.

Open a suggested finding to read the call passage or document behind it. Ask the private assistant about your client’s recorded history, and check the cited sources.

AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Your firm remains responsible for the advice.

Uploads can be private or shared. Files imported through a connected account are shared with the selected firm. Shared material is available to current workspace members; your own private sources stay private.

Questions firm owners ask

What do we get after adding a call?

A transcript and client context to review, with suggested needs, concerns, commitments and possible services linked to the source. Confirm the client before using the findings. The client workspace also holds reviewed scope, notes and a preparation brief.

Can we use engagement letters too?

Yes. Add a readable PDF, Word document or text engagement letter to a client. Review its services, fees, conditions and exclusions before confirming coverage. Uploading a document does not automatically change the client’s agreed scope.

Which services can we review?

Grow’s catalogue covers bookkeeping, cash flow, reporting, planning, payroll, controls and other accounting services. You choose what your firm offers. A suggested need does not mean your firm is qualified to provide it or that a client has agreed to buy it.

Are guide prices guaranteed revenue?

No. Guide prices are a starting point for a scope discussion. They use illustrative defaults or your approved service guidance. You decide what to offer, confirm existing coverage and agree the fee with the client.

Does Grow join meetings or connect to our accounting ledger?

Start with recordings, transcripts or documents you add. Grow does not automatically join calls or sync your Xero or QuickBooks ledger. Selected meeting and file imports appear in the app when configured for your provider account and organization.

Can my team use Grow?

Team includes 5 people and Power includes 15. Each firm has its own workspace. Owners manage billing and invite colleagues; members work with shared clients, calls and opportunities.

Does Grow send anything to clients?

Grow prepares an editable draft for you to copy or download. You choose what to send and when.

Can we try it before sharing a client recording?

Yes. The fictional sample runs in your browser without an account, upload or paid analysis. It shows the review process; it is not a customer testimonial or a promise of results.
